I have had my male het axanthic for a little over 8 months and love the little guy, I wanted to breed him and now just want to keep him as a pet. Anyways I just recently placed him in a 40 gal rubbermaid tub, it had holes for ventilation, and today the humidity gauge was over 100%, and he just shed a week ago, now his scales are falling off, so I placed him back in his 20 gal long on newspaper, and put neosporin on his skin, what else do I need to do? was the cause to high of humidity? I ussually keep him right at 65%. Is this reversable? what do you all think? please help. I have been keeping burms and various boas and never encountered this with any of them. "cookaroacha" started out as a ball python project, and became a friend.
thanks
