as far as I know there are no laws limiting how many animals one can house in SC. I was breeding larger animals for years and selling my babies in the carolina trader just as personal sales. this was a few years ago and not sure if the laws have changed. contact your local county or city courthouse and then check the state courthouse to see if the laws have changed. sorry i couldn't be of more help.
