Im in Fl and we do have to be licensed in the state to breed/sell. I went thru the fish and wildlife to get my license which is 50 a year, and allows me to sell at various shows. It also helps when I want to sell to petstores and various other wholesale sales. It at least shows I have some knowledge of the trade and plan to be around for awhile.
