But regarding whether to help the turtles out of their shell, no, don't do that. The babies may want to sit in the egg shell for a day or more, resting and absorbing their egg yolk. If you pull them out you could rupture the yolk sac. You can block the light so there won't be harsh lights or too much heat on the babies. [ Hide Replies ]
