Of the people who have an ad currently posted in the classifieds, I would recommend VMS Herps and Snakes Alive!. I can't speak to the quality of their candycanes, as I've never bought any candycanes from anyone, but I can speak to the quality of their snakes in general.

And of course, you can't go wrong with SMR, Corn-Utopia, and , though none of them has an ad in the classifieds presently (SMR is the only one I see there on occasion).
