I'm sure you already know this, but try and feed her at least 3 hours before lights out. even earlier if you can. With all the strain on her system you don't want the food rotting in there overnight. That'll give it a chance to digest a bit.
ALSO, make sure you keep an eye on the cat food. I'm not sure if you have the same stuff i had, but it went bad fast, even in the fridge. it will change colour, and smell first less cat-foody (lol) then really bad. Only use the same can for 2-3 days tops, her immune system will be compromised and this way you don't have to worry about bacteria.
AND, which im sure you also already know, make sure to get lots of water into her. It may help to write down everything you give her by syringe or eyedropper (food/water) and keep a record so you know where she is at. That way if her appetite drops off you know where you stand, or if she eats a lot more you will notice.
