I would be very surprised to discover that that snake is 100% corn...

It very much looks like an amel jungle corn to me. Remember, an animal need not be a 50-50 split to be a jungle corn. It need only be a hybrid created by crossing corn blood with kingsnake blood (usually California king), and the percentages are really irrelevant.

Sad that the pet shop from which you got it was either too ignorant or too dishonest to label the animal as it appears to be. However, I would just say that such is not at all far from the norm when dealing with a large percentage of pet shops in this country.

I could be wrong, and that could be a wildly unique amel in relation to its pattern and coloration...

But I really, REALLY doubt.
