Thanks for the advice. We have gravel on the bottom, then a layer of coconut bedding, then terrarium moss. We have lots of plants (live and artificial), rocks, many hide shelters, and two water bowls. We have since bought a heat mat and set it at 75 degrees and monitored the temp throughout day and night. It had been getting too cool at night and now it's about 70 at night and 72-73 during the day, which is still obviously too cool. I reckon we'll bump up the temp a little at a time and see what happens.
