That size tank is easily big enough for an adult corn.
I have a 55 gallon tank (same length just not as tall or as wide) that i separated down the middle to make two habitats.
Works quite well.
There is no need to use UVA/B bulbs unless you just happen to have some on hand. Normal light bulbs are sufficient.
UTH is probably preferable but not absolutely neccessary.
You might want to add a a couple of rocks under the light to help hold the warmth if the snake needs to thermoregulate.
