It's a little blurry, but from what I can tell it looks like a surinam cobalt. Who did you get it from? If you got it from a fairly reputible source, I wouldn't worry too much about it being a hybrid (the good guys don't mix em')
The way you describe it, it sounds like the color is just a little off and that's why you kind of think it is a hybrid. I wouldn't worry too much about the color if it is a little greener of a yellow. In the wild, there is a lot of variation in each species, it may just be a little bit of an odder variation. There still is the possibility that he is a hybrid though.
Even if it is a hybrid, I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you are planning to breed him.
