I don't remember if there's any pics of the new cage, but can you easily create more ventilation? Here's a long shot, from where my uros are now, the ceiling fans would move enough air in and out to do the trick....got one of those? Maybe a floor fan that's not sitting too close that it would cool him down, but keep the air inside from becoming saturated with fumes.
