Give my leo a bath?

I was feeding my gecko a mealworm last night and he bit it and the insides of it popped out and got on top of his head. He licked most of it off but it is still on the top of his head. Should I worry about getting it off him? I was going to try water on a paper towel, but I don't think he'd like that too much. I don't want him getting an infection or some sores.

It rubs the lotion on it's skin.

Bleach, good to clean tanks. Ammonia, good to clean tanks. Bleach mixed with Ammonia, good to make ammonium chloride gas to kill you while your cleaning tanks.
