Usually, you call an animal LTC if it doesn't seem to have any problems associated with WC, but you can't be sure it was actually captive-bred. For example, I bought an adult female that never had a problem feeding or parasites or anything like that. Not a scar on her, so she's as good as CBB to me. But, if I wanted to sell her I wouldn't want to post her as CBB, since I don't know it to be true. Instead, I'll call her LTC.
