Female able to produce two years in a row?

How likely is a female ball wieghing 1300 grams able to get gravid in 2005 after she has already produced this year. I know a breeder that is selling her cheap and thats why I think she is cheap. Because the ball will probably not be interest in getting together with a male next year. Any advice or information would be great. Thanks
