I have my 6 pieces connected and just plugged into the wall. No dimmer or stat. They're sitting on saw horses being tested as I write. They aren't heating very fast. I assume it will take awhile but every time I touch them to see how they are doing they get cold right away. I imagine it's because they are so thin but they just don't seem very effective to me. What am I looking for to ensure they work properly before installing in my cage?
