We have one like that here. But there is nothing the health dept. will do. The only thing they care about are the mice and stuf like that. They do not care about the snakes there. Whech they would love to see everyone around here have to get rids of their exotics. They are trying now to pass the law now. It is bad to see animals like that no matter what they are. I know about the smell too believe my 5 year old hates going down there he gets sick everytime we go in the door. So I know where you are coming from on the pet store being bad.
