MaC,
Hey congrats on deciding to get a crested gecko you are absolutely going to love them =). In regards to your questions……..
1.) This topic was just recently discussed a few posts down. Here is a direct link…

I personally as you will see favor crix but read through it carefully and weigh the options and results for yourself. Mealworms however should not really be fed. I have done it on occasion, but most refuse them so it is just best to avoid mealies.
2.) Sure no problem with Reptariums. We have one of ours in one. Just be aware that they can be a pain to clean. Sometimes you really got to scrub them when the poop on the sides.
3.) They are great, just as good if not better then leopard geckos. They can be a bit jumpy when they are young so you have to be a bit careful. In other words handle them over your bed in case they do fly off your hand. They can also drop their tails; unfortunately unlike other lizards they can not be regenerated.
4.) Ideally temps should be around 75-78F. So your okay, just don’t let it stay in low 70’s for long periods of time (days-weeks) otherwise you might see a drop in appetite. They are hardy though and can easily deal with drops to 65F during the winter, although I don’t recommend it .
5.) Around 8-9”, 45-60 grams.
If you have any more q’s just ask .
-Mike
