RE: Who has used Flex watt heat tape and had issues with it? I used it and it nearly burnt down my house!!!

I had actually run the idea of putting a residential sprinkler system in the snake room. cheap insurance just in case. One of those things you hope you never, ever need. But if it saves the family and/or house, it's worth it.
