Put the frozen pinkie in hot water until it is thawed. Make sure that it isn't too hot to eat! It should be a little warm to the touch. Put the brb in a small feeding tank. Leave the pinkie in there for about 5 minutes. If the snake hasn't eatten it yet, put it back in the warm water to heat it up. Then take some feeding tongs and "tease" it. The snake should snap at the pinkie when you tease it, then recognise that it is food, then it will probably constict it. If it doesn't eat the pinky and after all this, you can't refreeze the food, it can only be thawed out once or it'll go bad, so just throw it away. In my experience most of my hatchling brb have only eatten live food, then when they got older took frozen. Scroll down older forum messeges and there is other info on this subject. Good luck!
