Many times when boas discharge nasty colored fluids and you suspect they are gravid it is a sign of them having slugs. She definately won't deliver in a coiled position but if she gets slug bound it could kill her. I think it would certainly be worth a visit to the vet especially with what appears to be your lack of experience in this area. Good luck.
