That is V. Komaini a solid black form of water monitor. Not to be confused with v. Togians which are black also but have a white and black banded chin and underside.



They have been known for quite a few years now.



That animal is very impressive and looks nice but it also looks very grumpy, and it has a hefty price tag for a w/c IMO.
