You can put the snake in the refrigerator for a day or two, but don't freeze it. Freezing makes it very difficult to perform the cytology that is necessary. Your vet can actually examine the specimens himself if he wants to. The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine will also perform the tests. Dr. Jacobson in the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences is conducting the research into IBD. [ Hide Replies ]
