She's also got the strange slightly green cast to her dark rings, though that may not show up on the pic.

maybe it shows on the body pic, especially if you compare the pic below to the pic i posted a day or so ago of the head of my original extreme female. There is a difference. But remember, there are differences in NORMAL hondos, too--between tricolors and tangerines, and in the range from orange to red in the "red" rings, and in the range from "white" to "orange" in the narrow mid-triad rings. There's also considerable diff in how much melanin hondos gain with age, and in the ontogenetic acquisition of yellow that leaves some albinos yellow & red and others white and red. So we shouldn't be surprised that extremes or any other type would have considerable variation within whatever rightly belongs in a category.
