Hybino?

I took a break from herps for a while and have not kept up on some of the morphs. So I was wondering what the heck is an hybino? Albino is the melanin (lack of) so when one refers to an albino we are usually talking about no black on the snake. Hypo means below (or less) so less of a particular color, any of the colors. So when you guys are talking about hybinos, are you talking about an animal with no black and a reduction of orange (on a bi or tricolor) or the yellow (on a tricolor) course then isn't that what a snow is?

The combined name hybino doesn't both refer to the black does it? That wouldn't make any sense, a snake with no (albinism) reduced (hypo) black.
