I'm not so sure an 18ft Burm in a 6ft cage can thermo regulate enough. Were talking a lot of snake with not a lot of room to move from one end to another.
I try as best as I can to go by the rule of thumb that says...
the length of the cage should be at least half the length of the snake.
My burms are quite active. Even my 10 ft likes to climb.
I know I would'nt feel ok putting mine in a 6 ft vision
They are active enough, even with outside of cage time, that when I opened the door, they would more than likely spring right out.
Your 10ft cage wont fit in the room, or wont fit through the door?
