Nutritionally it is all that it is cracked up to be. It is a complete diet that can be fed to your crested exclusively. I have almost all my adult females on it, and am raising a few babies on it. If your crested eats it regularly, it is superior to a cricket based diet. No matter how well you gutload and supplement, you can't match the nutritional consistancy you get from the CGD.
