well something easy that is super cheap, but it wont look good, is a rubbermaid from walmart. i have one the i use to throw news paper that has got poo'd on to take it to the trash. But it is a pretty good size like more than 3 ft long 16" tall and probably a little more than a foot wide. if you dont have a cat or dog you wont need a lid, cuz beardies cant climb. and for heat you can put two 2x4 and set a reflector hood on it, and put a little branch thing under the lamp so they can get close but not able to touch it you know. and for the uvb stuff, get a zoo med 5.0 thingy, and lay it across. it would all work. i think, keep in mind i dont have any beardies, but hey if i got one i would probably do something like that. or if you want it to look good than go to a pet store and get a fish tank.
