Anery = Mostly Red???

Don't know much about Axanthic, but it was my understanding that Anerythristic... is like Amelanism.... lack of melanin, lack of ... erithrin? (dunno if that is right) .... in other words, an ANERY snake LACKS red... least that is how it is with corn snakes. Just sort of found the explanation leaving me with more questions than answers.
