It's possible that if he was treated for parasites that the treatment killed off the beneficial bacteria in his digestive tract. Without that he can't process his food and get any nutrition from it. You can try adding Nutribac to his food or live culture yoghurt. He may also just be debilitated from the meds. They are pretty harsh on lizards.
