Falling can be a concern, especially if it's from any height (ie greater than the total length of their body) If your dragon keeps falling all the time there are several things I would recommend checking. Make sure their basking log and other furnature is secure (doesn't rock or shift) and is wide enough so their body is completely supported when they are lying down. If they have to clutch the log for dear life to avoid falling off, then it's too narrow and/or too steep.
If you have wide basking spots etc, and the dragon still falls off, then I would take it to a vet to check for inner ear infections, possible MBD or other ailments that affect balance.
If this still doesn't solve the problem, then I would make sure there is nothing higher than 6 inches in the cage, so the dragon can't hurt themselves from falling off things. ----- PHLdyPayne
