Owen, seperating them was definately the first step. You probably wanna give her a little time to calm down before trying to feed again (wait a week or so). It sounds like she had a lot of stressors from getting a new home, living with another snake, getting another new home etc. If you keep continually putting food in there its not an incentive for her to eat (always food around). Also make sure she has a hide and that your temps and humidity are correct.
