I use a normal hovobator to hatch all my rhac eggs (chahoua and sarasinorum, had aurics and cili's in the past) and have kept them as low as 72, most at about 74-75 and had very good luck. I inquired about getting a thermal fan model but was told that the fan tends to dry things out too fast.
