I am able to set it that low yes, I have mine running at 74 now using a dig therm. with probe. It takes a little time to get them temp accurate but its doable. Sarasinorum eggs are similar to ciliatus eggs and mine are taking roughly 70 days to hatch. Chahoua on the other hand take upwards of 110-120 days at the same temps hehe.
