It is a one step process because the bites contain liquids, so you don't have to put water in the cricket's cage. It's only about six dollars and it lasts for something like six months before it either runs out or goes bad, which ever comes first. They only have it at pet stores that specialize in insects and/or reptiles. Hope it helps.



T-Rex Crested Gecko diet has spirulina in it, doesn't it? Why not just feed that to your crix?
