recommend some parasite treatments

ive decided to get my own parasite treatment instead of taking animals to the vet all the time. anyone have any special recommendations of what to get for internal/external parasites? looking primarily for stuff for internal parasites. ive heard of parazap and stuff in the past, but of course never used it.. im sure someone around here has got to have some helpful advice? anything would be appreciated.
