Okay, so last night I noticed that my injured Gecko was starting to shed. My first thought was good...but when I checked on her this morning...her scabbed injury has been re-exposed...she shed her scab.



I've put her in a sterile enviornment and misted the area hoping that the moisture will help keep it clean and help her continue her shed. I can see pink skin and I'm concerned about her developing an infection. I don't want to use a topical yet (not an injection) because I don't know what is the best i should use...Iodine or hydrogene peroxcide...



I'd ask Ellena my friend but she sleeps till hell freezes over and is NEVER awake this early...



I'm afraid that the Gecko is in pain but she is moving around without really taking it easy on her leg. Will the exposed skin harden over again? If so about how long? Will her new scab shed with her next shedding? aaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!
