Complain, complain, complain, be persistent and bug the crap out of them till they get some heat lamps on there BUT, you have to realize that there are no right ways to do things and plenty of beardeds have been raised fine on sand and you have to respect that you telling them that its bad is YOUR OPINION. You know?
