LOL - It's kind of a long story, but I'll try to explain. I have sold and am selling some 4-8 week olds off because I have more hatching every week and no room to keep them all in groups of 2-3 like I normally do. Basically, I had an overlap between last season and this coming season...in part due to the adults taking to the CGD a little quicker than I thought they would and subsequently eggs being laid long after my adults were supposed to stop. Long story short, I still have eggs from last season's pairings that have yet to hatch and I've got eggs from this season that are already starting to hatch....and critter keepers are filling up quickly.

They're all perfectly healthy and are eating fine, but they still have their baby colors. The reason I normally wait until they're 2-3 months of age is so that I can tell what they're going to look like. With the way I'm doing it now, I may be selling $250 geckos prematurely for $75, but I really have no choice.

In attempt to remedy this situation, I'm working with a cage manufacturer to design some rack systems to more efficiently manage my babies so that I don't have to keep doing that. I got some prototypes in the other day, but still not nearly enough to hold all of my juvies and babies, so it looks like I'll be stuck with this problem for another month or so.

>>Anthony I already hate you (not really) why did you have to go and show me that pic. I'm frothing at the mouth now are you happy; Just like I was when I firt saw babby pics of that guy. No but really that's pretty much what I'm aiming for. I also have another almost identical orange flame female to pair with the red. Should be awesome. Oh hey I was qurious, why did you sell off all those hatchlings so young? I've just never seen you do that. Well get back to me if you can, oh and heres the other female.
