That is too cold at night for a Three-toed box turtle. And it probably doesn't get warm, LONG enough during the day for her to reach a proper core body temp which is likely about 78 degrees for Three-toeds.

If it was me, I would take her outside when the temps reached 70 and bring her back indoors when the temps lowers to 65.
