I have 5 cresteds and this is how I feed them....

I use a 5 day feeding schedule, on the first, third, and fifth day I give them CGD. I do not mix it with baby food, I mix it according to the directions, and they love it. On the second and fourth days, I give them crickets but leave the CGD from the night before in there, because my females prefere it to crickets. The crickets I believe should be half the size of the gecko's head. I have four adults who eat large crickets, and one sub-adult that eats small crickets. After they have this for five days, I skip a day. All my cresteds are very healthy, and i have gotten all healthy eggs so far.
