light question

I have no immediate plans of keeping any reptiles just yet but I was curious as to whether this type of bulb would emit UVB? I have kept herps before but have always used regular NO flourescent bulbs. This bulb is actually being used to grow plants and macroalgae for marine setups. Thanks.
