I asked this same question when I returned from a rep. expo in October. There was a vendor there who had hatchlings labled female, and I asked him how he knew, and he told me he incubates for all female. None of his babies were labled male and this made me grow suspicious. The response I got was something like this....

**Some** vendors will claim they incubate for all females so they can sell more of their babies. Temp. sexing has not beem proven with cresteds.

That is the response I got (para-phrased). The best person to ask would probably be Anthony Caponetto @ www.acreptiles.com . That's where I go if I have questions that don't get answered here. Hope that helps. -Joe
