Posted by: jayf at Fri Dec 17 17:36:14 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by jayf ] not sure what size or species snake you have but when i lived in dorms this is what i did. i went to the hardware store .. home depot .. and went to the section where they have rubbermade containers, then looked for the size that was appropriate and tested around the edges to see if it was possible for the snake to push the lid up and get out through a crack. what i ended up doing was gettin one with a latching lid, drilling some 1/4" holes in the back for ventilation, and used a cobra heating matt to heat them. cobra heat mats can be bought in different sizes and can be used both under the rubbermade or inside it, whichever is easier. this method worked well for me, i had one snake in my closet and another under my bed. | ||
