Bambina Maxima w/pebble in throat

Please help! My toad has a pebble lodged in his throat. he is breathing ok, but the stone is pretty far down... i can't get him to open his mouth, and not sure i could reach the pebble anyway. any advice? i think it is too large for him to be able to pass it through. i want him to be as comfortable as possible. he has periodically tried to vomit it out, but seems to have ceased doing that, at least for the time being.

any information/ suggestions would be much appreciated. i really love this toad. thanks.
