Chances are the bits will come off over the next day or so as he moves around and flexes the skin. Just keep an eye on those spots for skin buildup and "tourniquets". To help get stubborn skin off tiny toes I sometimes have used a baby toothbrush and rub the feet against it. [ Hide Replies ]
