Posted by: SHvar at Thu Dec 23 17:34:29 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by SHvar ] If you go by native legends, nonexistant European explorers, tourists that never got the pic taken before it ran away, hunters that claim 50ft acacondas etc then they say the size is up to 16ft plus, but the official size they can reach or have been known to reach is 8ft 4 inches as a male (Ask Jody P about his old male). They are mostly tail as a matter of fact as adults are known to be 225%- 250% of their body length is tail length. They are long thin tree dwellers with kind of long sharp hollow teeth. | ||
