They do tend to revert back to their defensive nature once they've spent some time away from the cage. You might want to give the snake some time (a few days or so) to settle in before attempting to feed it. I know you're thinking the little critter must be hungry, but it's now trying to adapt to being back in captivity. Also, it's been without a steady heat source so it's digestive system may not be fully up to speed. [ Hide Replies ]
