I lost my male corn a year ago, and my roommate found him a month later in a drawer in his room. He was pretty large and still hard to find. Congrats on finding your baby!!!
I want to second the notion of waiting a while before feeding. Since my corn escaped during the cold winter months here, I'm sure he had gone into a state of brumation while loose. I fed him a couple days after we found him, but unfortunently he died about 2 weeks after that. He was healthy, of excellent weight, so it is a bit of a mystery, but I think I fed him too soon before his system could get back up to speed and a bacterial infection may have insued. ----- Matt from Minnesota
