Posted by: AlbinoPhoenix at Wed Dec 29 11:34:00 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by AlbinoPhoenix ] ok, I bought a second fire belly newt the other day (cynops orientalis) and he is more active than my female that I've had for a month and a half. I've noticed that he keeps his head up a lot and is more active. She just slithers along like a snake would. She was totally aquatic last week until I cleaned her tank. For some reason she loves to sit under the filter and have the water pour down on her. I still havn't seen her eat, but I have seen feces in the water when I'm cleaning. Is anything wrong with her? I havn't noticed anything other than her slumping around and being sluggish. She darts around the water top or walks across the bottom floor. I can't figure anything our since I am still a novice herp. | ||
