It seems to me that it helps their skin and digestion, though i cant explain how lol. My tank easily stays at around 90 percent without spraying but once a day. But then again, mine is rubbermaid lol so it holds humidity like crazy. Stay around 80 or 90 percent and ull be fine. [ Hide Replies ]
